This shows the interior layout, seating, lighting, and environment in advance. We now share this with patients before their journey so they can prepare anything that helps them, such as headphones or other comfort items. This simple change has helped patients feel more in control, reduced pre‑journey anxiety, and improved overall comfort and confidence in the transport experience”.
