Our Purpose

Improving lives through safe, compassionate, specialist care.

We help vulnerable people during crucial moments—whether it’s secure transport, hospital observation, personal care, or within our residential homes.

As an organisation, we place a high priority on staff training and development to ensure our teams have the skills needed to deliver exceptional care. Our employees complete an intensive 11-day induction, followed by six months of structured on-the-job learning, with ongoing training tailored to support their professional growth. We are dedicated to providing every team member with the training they need to perform their roles effectively.

We focus on dignity, trust, stability, and positive outcomes in all we do.

Our Vision

To be the UK’s most trusted provider of trauma-informed care and support.

We aim to be the UK’s most trusted provider of trauma-informed care and support. Our vision is rooted in the principles of trauma-informed practice, which means recognising and understanding the profound effects that trauma can have on individuals’ lives, behaviour and wellbeing. By adopting a trauma-informed approach, we ensure that every interaction with those we support is sensitive to their past experiences and current needs, helping to avoid re-traumatisation and promote healing.

We aim to deliver consistent, compassionate and specialist services that enable vulnerable individuals to feel safe, valued and understood – wherever they are and whatever their circumstances. Our teams are trained to identify the signs of trauma, respond with empathy, and create environments that foster trust, safety and emotional security. This includes providing secure transport, hospital observation, personal care, and residential support in a way that respects each person’s dignity and individuality. Through ongoing staff training and reflective practice, we embed trauma awareness into everything we do, empowering those in our care to regain control, build resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
