With the wealth of knowledge and experience of working in the Health and Social Care Sector across the board, we are able to tailor the training needs specifically to give all employees the tools to deliver the highest quality of care from day one starting with an in-depth 10-day induction followed by shadowing with well established and experienced staff and a commitment to continuous investment in the staff team’s professional development.

Trainers include:
Jean Gordon is our Registered Regional Manager for Transport and Residential Homes. Jean presents a selection of courses such as: The Role of a Support Worker, Domestic Violence and Abuse, CCE CSE and County Lines and Attachment and Trauma.

Izzy Burch is our Safeguarding Officer and Training Coordinator; her role is to organise and oversee the delivery of all the training sessions in addition to delivering a Level 3 Principles of Safeguarding Training course to the teams.

Debbie Cartwright is our in-house Nurse Practitioner. Debbie has a wealth of knowledge in health and delivers a comprehensive Medication and Epilepsy awareness course, in addition to supporting staff teams from an occupational health perspective.

Sally Lazenby is ‘The Becklands’ Head Teacher and is committed to delivering the highest quality Food Hygiene awareness course.

In addition to the above we also deliver comprehensive training in Level 3 Emergency First Aid in the Workplace, Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression, Health and Safety and Manual Handling, Fire Safety and GDPR training.
